64 Jolimont Street, East Melbourne is between Agnes Street and Charles Street approximately 100 metres from the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) members side of the ground.

Our office is in one of a pair of two storey terrace houses between Australian Cricket Board (No. 60) and Housing Industry Association (No. 70) which are 3 and 5 storey buildings respectively.

Approximately walking distance 500 metres from Jolimont railway station, 1km from Richmond Station, 500 metres from Tram 48 and 75 (tram stop 10) on Wellington Street and 300 metres from Tram 70 (stop 7B, behind Rod Laver Arena).

Car parking

There is limited street parking available in Jolimont Street. On the side which we are located, the time limit is 1 hour. The time limit on the opposite side (park side) there is a limit of 2 hours. Neither side has parking meters.

There is also car parking available in Jolimont Terrace. However, the side of the MCG does have parking meters and parking is limited to 2 hours. The opposite side has a parking limit of 1 hour, but no parking meters.

In Charles Street (which is a one way street), the left hand side (heading away from Jolimont Street) is restricted to 1 hour and the right hand side is restricted to only 15 minutes. Charles Street does not have parking meters.

In Agnes Street (which is also a one way street) the right hand side (heading towards Jolimont Street) is restricted to 1 hour and the left hand side is restricted to 15 minutes. Agnes Street does not have parking meters.

Restrictions apply from 7.30am until 11pm.

Train - Richmond Station

If you are walking from Richmond Station you will need to turn right into Punt Road. Walk along Punt Road until you come to the traffic lights (Richmond Terrace) and cross over the road, bear right at the track trail heading towards the MCG. Follow this track past the MCG and you will come to the corner of Jolimont Terrace and Jolimont Street. Follow Jolimont Street until you come to number 64.

If you taking the tram from Richmond Station exit into Swan Street and catch tram 70 “Wattle Park/Spencer Street”. The Tram stop is located directly in front of the station. Get off at the Rod Laver Arena (tram stop 7B). Go up the bridge (headed towards the MCG) and the road in front of you is Jolimont Street. Turn left.

Train - Flinders Street Station

From Flinders Street Station, go to Tram Stop 5 (cnr Swanston/Flinders Street), take Tram Route 48 (North Balwyn) or Tram Route 75 (East Burwood). Get off at Tram Stop 10 (cnr. Wellington Pde/Jolimont Road). Walk along Wellington Parade and turn left into Jolimont Road. Walk along Jolimont Road until you come to Jolimont Street (approx 170m). Walk along Jolimont Street until you come to Number 64.

You can also catch tram 70 (Wattle Park) from Flinders Street Station, go to Tram Stop 5 (cnr Swanston/Flinders Street). Get off at the Rod Laver (Tennis) Arena (tram stop 7B). Go up the footbridge, turn left at the top (head towards the MCG) and in front of you is No 72 Jolimont Street. Turn left.

You could also walk from Flinders Street Station (10 to 15 mins). Find Federation Square/Princess Bridge corner. Follow the sign (to MCG) along Princes Walk (the Yarra River), until you come to William Barak Bridge. Walk over this bridge, heading towards the MCG and once you come to the end of this bridge you are at corner of Jolimont and Charles Streets. This walk takes 10 to 15 minutes.

Train - Jolimont Station (10 to 15 mins)

If you are coming from Jolimont Station (via the city), once you arrive at Jolimont Station, your will need to turn left, which will bring you to Wellington Parade until you come to Clarendon Street (the Hilton is on the right hand side), turn left and continue along Wellington Parade South. Turn left at Jolimont Terrace, turn right at Jolimont Street and continue until you come to number 64.

If you are coming from Jolimont Street (via Epping, Greensborough or Heidelberg lines) you will need to turn right, follow the path until you come to the bridge that crosses over the train line, then turn right into Wellington Parade and follow the directions as above.

An alternative to this is once you leave Jolimont Station walk across the parklands (there are paths). Head towards the MCG (following MCG Avenue path) and once you reach the MCG, turn right where you will come to the corner of Jolimont Street and Jolimont Terrace. Continue straight along Jolimont Street until you come to Number 64.
